Three interstate highways are not far from Christian Clinic for Counseling, I-44, I-40, and I-35. We are located in the Heartland of America, near the crossroads of the United States, north of Interstate 40 and west of Interstate 35. The Christian Clinic building is in northwest Oklahoma City, situated in the same spot since 1983.
The nearest major thoroughfare is Lake Hefner Parkway (also known as Highways 3 and 74). We are 2 blocks west of the parkway on N. W. 50th Street. The Lake Hefner Parkway has prominently marked exits for N. W. 50th Street. The Lake Hefner Parkway is a north--south road, while N.W. 50th Street runs east--west. N.W. 50th is interrupted on the east side of Pennsylvania Avenue ( 50th is not a through street), but it can be followed west from Penn Avenue all the way through to our office building on the south side of the street at 3508 N.W. 50th. Lake Hefner Parkway is on our east side; on our west side is Portland Avenue (a north--south road). We are also quite near the point at which Inerstate 44, coming from Tulsa on the east, curves to proceed south toward Chickasha and Lawton.
A city bus stop is located immediately across the street from Christian Clinic. Our office is in the general vicinity of the sprawling campus of Integris Baptist Medical Center and the Deaconess Hospital complex.
We are conviently located and quite easy to find. Travel time from almost any major point in the metro is seldom more than 30 minutes. And the building is so accessible. Just pull up in front and walk in. No lengthy walk. No elevators. No stairs or escalators. Just easy access.
We have plenty of free parking, and the building is handicap accesible.
